6 Large hard-boiled eggs

2 Tablespoons mayonnaise

2 Tablespoons Winfrey Foods Royal Relish

1 teaspoon mustard

1/8 teaspoon salt

1/8 teaspoon of hot sauce

Paprika to sprinkle as garnish

Make it!

1. Place eggs in a single layer in a saucepan; add water to cover the eggs. Bring to a boil and cook for 12 minutes.

2. Drain immediately and fill the saucepan with cold water. Let them cool.  Tap each egg on the counter until it cracks all over. Peel the shell off under cold running water from the faucet.

3. Slice eggs in half lengthwise. Carefully remove yolks so that the egg white will not split.

4. Use a folk to mash yolks with the mayonnaise.  Add Winfrey Foods Royal Relish, mustard, hot sauce, salt, and pepper. Blend the mixture well.  Spoon the yolk mixture into egg whites. Garnish, by sprinkling the paprika.
